A pretty easy start, which is encouraging since I have 29 more days to go. I want to ease into it and end up strong and injury free!!
Here we go! I like the flow. Nice balance of opening poses, but not to strenuous.
This was a sweet stretch. I did a lot of running and a little hill training this week so this was a treat!
DAY 3 - Always good to work on the low back. Especially since I don't like to bend!!
Day 2 - Yoga challenge .Neck and shoulders feeling bunched up this morning - this was great for that. I like an easy pace first thing in the morning. Cole Chance, Austin TX YogaTX
